THE SITUATION

Stewart EFI is one of the largest international suppliers of precision progressive die, deep drawn and slide-formed metal stampings, and automated assembly operations. Thanks to a focus on quality and innovative solutions, their growing client roster had created a high demand for finding job candidates to fill positions in their rapidly expanding company.

THE ASSESSMENT

A multi-tiered communications plan utilizing well-architected messaging was called for. Additionally, rapid deployment of the marketing effort was required to bolster their workforce and further propel their growth trajectory.

 

Updated communications and marketing tools were needed also needed to support the sales force in their efforts.

THE SOLUTION

Central to the communications effort was its key brand message: “It’s more than a job. It’s a career.” Traditional job descriptions were re-crafted to paint a highly engaging picture of the financial and long-term opportunities. In addition to the multi-media asset deployment an outreach to educational institutions was conducted that targeted both career counselors and students.
